I am licensed massage therapist and I combine spirituality with full body healing. I use a Tibetan Bowl, Essential Oils, soothing new age music, pressure points, reflexology and breathwork.
I have my own unique style of massage where I tune into the person's mind, body and spirit guiding the healing process while in a sanctuary environment, providing a safe relaxing place for my clients.I am also involved with many athletes,using pressure point therapy, deep tissue, stretching , and different muscle release techniques to assist in removal of folic acid build up in the muscles that create pain. Circulation is very important . My office is in Fallbrook, serving North San Diego County.
